ATS is therefore proud to announce that of the 12 defendants brought to trial in the Southern District Federal Courts in California, that all 12 were declared to have committed patent infringement upon ATS s U.S. Patent 5,290,094 and that all the defendants were ordered to pay ATS an undisclosed amount in awarded damages and all 12 defendants were also ordered to "Cease and Desist" by Permanent Injunction of any and all manufacturing, distribution and sales of the '094 technology.
